VLA Questionnaires

The VLA has created a number of short surveys for artists and attorneys who participate in the Legal Referral Program.  We ask that you take a few moments to fill out these questionnaires so we can continue to provide the Massachusetts arts community with valuable legal services.

Artists & Arts and Cultural Organizations:  To ensure that the VLA is meeting the needs of the arts and cultural communities of Massachusetts, we request that artists and arts and cultural organizations who have used our legal referral service take a few moments to fill out this Client Questionnaire.  The data we collect from these questionnaires allows the VLA to enhance its programming to better meet your needs.

Attorneys & Law Firms:  To ensure that the VLA matches attorneys with artists and arts organizations in the most efficient and effective manner, the VLA requests that attorneys involved in the VLA Referral Program take a few minutes to complete the Attorney Questionnaire at the completion of the referral representation.  The data we collect from these questionnaires allows us to meet your needs and thereby meet the needs of the Massachusetts' arts community.
